Having fallen into property over 15 years ago, Kimberly's journey was never a direct route! As they say, you have to know where your destination is to arrive there in the most efficient way. By project managing client builds, over 35 of them in the last few years, Kimberly has had the opportunity to face a lot of challenges!

She did own builds, starting on flips, she has gone onto conversions of 4-6 flats, and more lately, mixed use buildings, using the uplift of additional resi units to make it stack. Next goal is to to small 4-8 new build units.

Kimberly's secondary passion to property has always been her own personal development, and understanding the end goals. When she was 35 she took up the Pole Vault and went on to compete for Great Britain at long Jump and Heptathlon in the Masters at the Worlds and Europeans, being lucky enought to win Gold medals at both.

With the understanding of the end goal in sight, Kimberly is now working on a tool for Property People, with a colleague, to help them stay accountable to their goals , and stay on track when you really need it. She is excited to be able to bring this to market when its ready. She know s herself how easy it is to get distracted.

In the meantime, Kimberly runs her own property group to help others set out their ambitions, and understand the importance of being consistent, and staying on track. There are a lot of people out there shouting about how easy property is, truth is it isnt!! However, whatever your goals are, big or small, having help to stay on track will improve your chances of arrival.

Richiko spent over 15 years in the global corporate world working in the airline and hospitality industry in various management positions, leading teams and transforming businesses. At the age of 23, Brian Wood was thrust into the front line in Iraq, in the infamous Battle of Danny Boy. Ambushed, he led a charge across open ground with insurgents firing at just five soldiers. On his return, he was awarded the Military Cross by Queen Elizabeth II.

But Brian's story had only just begun. Struggling to re-integrate into family life, he suffered from PTSD. Then, five years later, a letter arrived: it summoned him to give evidence at the Al-Sweady Inquiry into allegations of war crimes by British soldiers during the Iraq invasion of 2003.

After years of public shame, Brian took the stand and delivered a powerful testimony, and following the tense inquiry room scenes, justice was finally served. Phil Shiner, the lawyer who made the false accusations, was struck off and stripped of an honorary doctorate.

Brian’s story inspired the BBC drama Danny Boy.

Neville Wright is an Investor, Property Developer, Author & Public speaker who left school at 15 with dyslexia not knowing how to write his own name. Neville shares with me his journey spanning 4 decades and some of the incredible lessons he has learnt through his successes, failures and never ever giving up.

Up to the age of 24 Neville had a string of jobs….. after losing his 17th job in the recession he soon realised that he needed to become responsible for everything that happens in his life and with wife Marilyn started up in business with absolutely no money determined to provide for his family.

In his book “The Answer is Yes Now What is the Question“, he describes how he made this dream possible.

“I borrowed my father’s wooden ladder, Marilyn gave me a bucket that she had in the house and we bought a piece of scrim for 37p which is a piece of absorbent cloth, an essential piece of equipment for window cleaning.”

Neville become a millionaire by the age of 34 and now aged 67 when most people are wanting to retire, he is a mentor and motivational speaker encouraging people to believe in themselves and helping them to get everything they want in life.

Neville’s motivation to do this is knowing that having had no money, no education and no experience to succeed in life. he overcame this and believes that if he can do it, anyone can, no matter what their circumstances are.
