He's known and loved in New Zealand for playing Dr Chris Warner in the country's longest-running soap opera Shortland Street, a role he's had since the show started in 1994... apart from a four year break early on.

He left the show in 1996 and moved to London, but his dreams of finding fame and fortune there didn't quite work out. In a refreshingly candid conversation, Michael tells us how it felt to fail and how he's found peace with the decisions he made.

We also talk about Fiji - one of Stephanie and Tim's favourite destinations - but Michael reveals what it's like to visit there when you're the star of the nation's best-loved TV show. Clue: it's crazy.

Stacey is quite possibly the busiest woman in New Zealand. Not only does she co-host The Hits Drive Show with Mike Puru, she’s also an ambassador for the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation, a best-selling author, a teacher at Massey University, and mum to three children.
