No social media, no Youtube, no internet based apps, email or texting. They were allowed to use their phone as a phone (receive and make phone calls) but only if at home - essentially treating it like a land line.  Carly kind of sprung this on Kel at the time and she was a touch reticent about the whole ordeal, so the question is: how did she find it?  Hint: The girls are very excited because they've finally discovered something they disagree on!
