This is podcast is a solo one from Nic in response to listeners and readers who wanted to know if she ever have bad days and, if so, how does she cope with them.

The simple answer is, yes, Nic has bad days like everyone else. Over time though she has learnt that having known strategies up your sleeve for how to cope with bad days is critical to prevent them from spiralling out of control or into a bad week.
