The base model Koleos Life only comes infront drive, the mid-spec Koleos Zen in front or all-wheel- drive and the top-spec Koleos Intensonly in all-wheel- drive. The entry Renault Koleos life is well priced at 29,990 - the only realoption metallic paint at $600. Well equipped with a rear view camera and rear parkingsensors,17-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone climate control air, hill start assist, automaticheadlights and rain-sensing windscreen wipers, a leather steering wheel, 17-inch alloy wheels,thankfully with 60-series tyres and tyre pressure monitoring. The Renault Koleos is notintended as a rock hopper – it’s a city slicker – excellent ride comfort and rear seat legroomare notable features in a much smarter looking body with daytime running lights. The interiornice French design although the 7-inch landscape orientation touch screen on the base modelLife not as impressive as the 8.7-inch portrait screen on the top-spec Intens model. Combinedcycle economy of 8.1 l/100 is average while it benefits from an excellent five-year/unlimitedkilometre warranty – and only $299 for the first three annual or 30,000 k services. I’m David BerthonRenault Koleos
